Once you input credit card or debit card details, these are encrypted for use with the current order. FuelAgents.com does not store Credit or Debit Card details. Fuel oil prices change frequently and the quotations provided by FuelAgents.com are updated regularly. Sales orders with a valid confirmation e-mail and confirmation number will be honoured as per Terms & conditions of sale.

No. All payments are made in full at the point of placing a Sales Order. We believe that commercial customers want competitive rates for their oil and transparency - not hidden charges. With FuelAgents.com payment is made and received promptly and the fuel is supplied at the most competitive market rates.

Yes. The charge is 1.85% for all credit cards used. However, we do not make any charge for payment by Debit Card.
Card charges are indicated separately on the Confirmation e-mail at point of order.

The Oil Distributor will never deliver more than the maximum quantity of fuel ordered.
Where the full number of litres ordered is not delivered for whatever reason, the value of the invoice will simply be reduced pro-rata to quantity delivered. A repayment will subsequently be processed for the undelivered part of your order. – There will not be a surcharge if the quantity delivered is less than the quantity ordered.
